Hey guys here's just a update for you guys out there I'm 11 12 in like 18 days and I just wanted to say don't give up on something you want to achieve if you want 6 packs or bicep bigger workouts I'll do my routine on my page on my channel thank you for reading my comment I know its hard to workout I know the pain I feel it but it's worth it when your done your body will feel more stronger then now I have a bicep peak I just need more motivation keep up the work guys!

I just finished leg raises and now they're asking me to do this again? Hahahahahaha!

I am gradually increasing the level, but should I maintain the speed at 15 km/h?
