The pad should be pulled towards the body at the Achilles tendon area, and when lifting to show the toes, do it quickly as if you are going to hit your butt. When coming down, do it slowly so that only half of the foot is visible, then lift it up with strength again. Repeat this. The butt and thighs feel amazing.
It feels so good to switch from dumbbells to barbells.
... I can't do even one like in the video.. It just looks like a dying fish flopping on the shore...
... When I do 50kg, my back feels really tight, and when I reduce it to 35kg and focus only on my back, it feels just as tight as when I do 50kg... ใ ก.ใ ก....
