Start at 5lbs doing 20 reps and each set add 5lbs till you can’t do 20 anymore then from there go backwards back down to 5lbs. You won’t be able to hold the dumbbell anymore and arms will have huge pump

Is it reasonable to say to do a dumbbell lunge and then another lunge...?

I’ve been able to follow everything it said until this. I can do 7.5 lbs right hand and 5 lbs left lol

Could you recommend an exercise that is easier than this? My abs don't exist, so I have to repeat the cycle of doing four and then lying down while groaning in pain... How should this absolute beginner exercise?!
