Is it possible for calf raises to be heavier than squats originally...? My main squat exercise is under 100, but calf raises at 100 are easy...
My arms are shaking...
Doing this with cable machine
You have to sit on a bench without a backrest when doing it; it's different from doing it while leaning back and eating.

By default, it's set to 15 minutes for 1 set with resistance 0. Go into set modification and start with 1 set for 5 minutes at resistance 1, then for the remaining 10 minutes, use resistance 2 for 2 sets.

Wide grip,legs cross behind your back, full arm extension all the way down—-KILLER!!
