At first, increasing the weight on the bench press is really tough.
Am I the only one with a shoulder interference?
I've never seen anything this slow in my life.
Is this a mid-stretching?
Is the average stick 15 or 20?

If you do tricep extensions and this, your arm goes up ㅜㅜ

When you push up are you supposed to do it straight up or where your chest is facing?
Maint neutral back. I use to over arch and that would bring on lower back pain.
