Are the sets per side (leg) ? Or is one set both sides (i.e. 3x 10 = 10 on one side 10 on the other)
When going down, it seems like I should bend my hip joint first to avoid knee strain, but how should I engage my pelvis to go up?

This is also one of my faves can really feel it on my abs and glutes
Is it normal for my elbows to naturally spread apart when I do back exercises?
