Kneeling on the floor makes it taste better.
It’s tough, but seeing the comments while taking a break from the set makes me feel better knowing I’m not the only one struggling, haha.

If I do 100, I only feel stimulation right above my knees. What should I do?
How much do I need to bend? Is there an angle? Can I just bend it enough to feel the hamstring?
Lift your chest and chin, and rise with your chest / Think of pressing your elbows into your sides (maintaining vertical) & think of placing your chest between your arms as you rise / Maintain core strength.
If you do this while driving, it's really stimulating;;; They say you bite down hard when making a U-turn. If you have dental insurance, go for it.
Can I use a different grip than what it looks like??
