Just realised. The guy in the little video trains naked!!
If you can watch yourself from the side. I was swaying slightly without realising. Dropped the weight and focused on form. It’s not a step back to gain better form.
The coach's comments on this exercise aren't quite right. Do them in a Y shape (45 degree angle) rather that at your sides
Rember to flare your elbows forward. You can even Do 100kg with bad technique and only 50 using good one

My shoulder hurts.
Be warned if it's your first time, keep it easy... you wont feel it on the day of the excersise , but if you over exert you wont be able to get outta bed on day 3
