It seems that lifting above 25 kilos is the hardest when lifting from the ground to above the knees and then from the knees to the shoulders. I almost blacked out while lifting from the knees to the shoulders.

Wasn't it distance instead of speed? The gym is marked in miles, and after 15 minutes, it's 0.5 kilometers.
