I tend to adjust by stepping in from both sides. To do that, I think I need to step up onto the step box to get the feel.

@민주짱 That person's posture is FM, and you should bend your knees or slightly push your hips back when the weight feels heavy. The important thing is to feel it pulling only with your triceps :)
