What's different between the guide and the operation?
I only have dumbbells up to 32kg, but I don't feel challenged enough... It's not that I'm strong or anything...

Open your chest, arch your waist, slightly lift off the bench, and pull your chin.
The only exercise that is harder than organizing the original discs than this set. 👍
