The answer to all your questions, place feet against a wall. Been trying to get something out of this for years, tried the wall thing and I finally felt it. Lie down in between, don’t, doesn’t matter
Been looking it up on YT for years. No one really has a ‘right’ answer. Are you supposed to lie down before switching sides or move continuously keeping your shoulders off the floor?
