I can't even do 10 of 5kg...

Everyone, watch YouTube. When I first started, my shoulders hurt, so I didn't do it, but after watching YouTube and correcting my posture, I feel the stimulation in my chest.

Why does one shoulder hurt every time I lift it?ㅠ Usually, my shoulder only hurts on one side when I raise my arm.

It clearly says incline chest press, but why do I only feel it in my shoulders?
