Incline Chest Press Machine Community

Why did my weights reset?

What is this that’s so heavy? LOLㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

If you're going to sit there, please come out..

Are you testing me on the topic of AI?

I'm a beginner at the gym, and the equipment that looks exactly like that is labeled as an overhead press at the gym I go to. Is this the right one to use?

↳ 아하 감사합니다! 제가 다니는곳엔 인클라인은 없는거였네요 ㅠㅠ

I think it will get better if I just keep doing it anywhere.

Is it correct posture if my shoulders and triceps hurt? 🥵

This is my first time trying it, 20kg for 14 reps? 5 is the maximum.

The weight is being reduced ㅠㅠㅠ 🥵

It seems that using the chest press machine, I will be sore starting from the third set.

Do you mean 70 lbs on both sides or 35 on one side and 35 on the other ?

This is hot, and the older guys were doing it for 50 each, what should I do;;;

↳ 뜨거운 아재가 ㅜ머여

I ate deliciously.

What is this? Is it normal that 5 kilograms doesn't fit?

↳ ㅇㅇ 기구가 무거워 ㅠ

I feel like my shoulder joint might get injured.
