💪
First day back after 2 weeks of no workout. Excited to get back on track
Get on in... You are here and that takes balls of steel.
People who are just sitting and using their phones are annoying.
Stay hard.
The best!
Is it a woman... I'm a man, but I feel like I'm going to die even at 50.
Why do I feel it also in my triceps partly
The weight was so difficult that I unconsciously lowered just the app's weight, ultimately reducing the weight by half and falling into despair for three minutes.
I almost messed up while trying to do what Kiros said...
It's so much fun when you do this in the first set, but when you do it in the last set, it just brings tears.

Instead of lifting weights with your arms, think of pulling your body up like in a pull-up and use your back to pull. After raising your arms in a "victory" pose with your body weight, if you apply strength as if pulling towards your lats, you will feel your arms being drawn down. Perform with that feeling.
Was doing 175 x10-12 now got a new Machine and 90 is hard af
🔥
...It went from 50 to 95 in just 3 months, is this correct..?
When doing this, I don't feel anything in my back and only my arms are exerting a lot of effort. What should I do?
I'm really at a loss for words. Today, an old man who seemed to be in decent shape was wearing only a tank top, and he spat in his hand and pulled down his pants. When I told him that everyone uses it and that he shouldn't spit in his hand, he said, "Hehe, did you see?" After thinking for a moment, I told my trainer about it. What a ridiculous situation...
I recommend lowering the weight if the recommended weight is too heavy and you don't feel much back stimulation. Think of your back leading the movement as much as possible, so you can focus solely on the back movement.
Please move aside, stop looking at your phone.
