A lot of people saying confused. Not sure why. But think of it as a crunch but on your side. One elbow down and the crunch the opposite side. Ever how many reps it says do for each side.
My side is a bit sore, but since this is my first time doing this exercise, I'm not sure if I'm doing it right.
