I’m a beginner, and at first, there was a lot of popping sounds from my shoulders. I changed my posture to the correct form while looking in the mirror and even asked someone who has been working out for a long time. Since there was a sound, I replaced it with other exercises for a month or two, but after building some core strength and increasing the weight, I don’t hear the sound anymore when I lift again!!
When I do this, I feel a stimulation in the center of my back. Is that normal?

If you train with this exercise, starting various agricultural machines later will be no problem.
As long as your form isn't too messed up, don't worry too much. If you're a beginner and lack muscle, it can be hard to feel the stimulation.
