If you lose your balance, step on the ground with the opposite foot. Apply just enough strength to maintain your balance... The overall strength should be on the opposite foot, and it will stimulate your glutes well. 🥵
If you can't maintain balance, you can lean on something like a wall with one hand. They say to do it that way during PT as well. 👏
