If you lose your balance, step on the ground with the opposite foot. Apply just enough strength to maintain your balance... The overall strength should be on the opposite foot, and it will stimulate your glutes well. 🥵
If you can't maintain balance, you can lean on something like a wall with one hand. They say to do it that way during PT as well. 👏
I'm wit u on that
Same here!! I keep losing my balance lo
I find this so hard. I can’t keep my balance. Just getting frustrated with it. Just me?
I was seriously struggling while doing this and almost collapsed…🥵🥵
In the video, they are holding dumbbells in both hands, but can I just lift double the recorded weight with one hand?
My waist feels a bit tight, is that normal..?
Does the abdominal muscle originally pull?
Today, Dad lost. 🥵
If you feel it in your back lower your weight and focus on using the legs/glutes to lift you back up. Also ensuring you have a good core. I had awful sciatica last year and have learned a lot during recovery.
I feel like I'm going to fall, so I'm trying to hold onto the bench with one hand. Should I hold the dumbbell on the side of the standing leg or on the side of the extended leg?
Seniors, please give me advice.
Man this hard
Are you lifting a dumbbell with both hands or just with the hand opposite to the foot? It's unclear because the dumbbell held in hand is obscured. Yes.
I feels in my back
Is it total weight or PER dumbbell omg why it’s so hard to differentiate?! 20 per dumbbell (1 in each hand)
Baby deer legs
Is this too difficult? Is it normal??
I hurt my left ankle, so I can't do squats properly and have to force myself to do them. ㅠ
