I'm barely finishing one set while taking a 1-minute break between sets. Please move aside.

Now I can bench 40, but with the pack deck, even doing 20 for 8 reps makes me shaky. What could be the problem?

"I barely finished the 8th round of the 3rd set, and now just a week later, it's the 12th round of the 3rd set? Are you crazy?"

So brutal

Two sets are also difficult.

Everyone, let's give a round of applause for the heart! 🎉👏

Thank you!

Couples, I'll be here cuddling until I finish my other equipment set of 4.

Stop looking at your phone so much; it's not that hard, yet you're taking breaks every 3 minutes.

I’ve increased to 73kg 👊

My shoulders are creaking... Is this right? 🥵
