Every time I bend, the back of my thigh feels tight, what is this...? It only feels relieved when I sit all the way down, and then it feels like it snaps back...!
👏
Haha, you too? Me too!!
I’m doing it for the first time, how can I get 80... The machine only goes up to 70.
Suddenly, a warm-up set that didn't exist has appeared.
Currently doing 245 on this!!
My planet fitness bar says starting 167 lb
Why... is there also stimulation in my butt...?
🥵🥵🥵🥵🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🏋️♂️🏋️♂️🏋️♂️🦍🦍💪👏🏃♀️🔥🎉🎉💣
The easiest lower body exercises are leg press and seated leg press, so I just switch everything else to these two, haha.
I tried to push, but my body is going backward...🍑
Wide 15*4 (hip to shoulder width) Gathered 15*4 Beginners should set their knees so that they do not go beyond their toes. Foot position below = front thigh Foot position above = hips/back thigh Foot direction 15~30 degrees Maintain abdominal pressure to prevent the back from rounding. Knees should be extended only 90%.
What's the difference between leg press and seated leg press? I'm not sure if I need to do both or if it's okay to just do one. 🥵
I thought it would be an easy workout, but doing it at the end of the lower body routine makes me feel like I'm going to die.
Doing leg press and then immediately doing seated leg press is really exhausting, right?
It's hard to do the gruke movement. 🥵
It's most comfortable when I'm working on my lower body, unaffected by shoulder influence.
PB is 300 x10 highest the machine will go so it's time to move onto the bar i feel like.
Wow, I tried watching the "Wochohyeong" walking set, and it was really hard.
First time doing these. Pretty cool💪
