It’s a wrap
The bench is set so that the handles are slightly above shoulder level. When lowering, the handles should come down to ear level. The elbows should be inward.
Lower the reps to 8 is that ok?
I’m sharing what I’ve heard because some people are in pain. When lifting, there’s no need to fully extend your arms; raise them just until your shoulders shrug. If you try to hold the weight with your arms while lowering, your deltoids will also engage, and your shoulders might come out of place while coming down, which could lead to a popping sound. Practice lowering the weight with your back using lighter weights.

This is a killer !!!
Anyone else's elbow go weird on the inside when doing this?

Do you think of me as a woman..?
