Yeah I suck at this. Got a Diastasis recti hernia so just see my stomach popping through the torn seperated muscle.
Ive kept the weight but lowered the reps to failure, reduced by 2 each set 🙈
Lower back so far, its gone numb from hip thrusts before these
If both discs are 28, then the total weight including the bar is 56, right? Not 76?
I assume the weight is without the 20kg bar?
Is it reasonable to say to do 25kg on one side?
It seems like I'm constantly going to the triceps.. What is the problem?
Does it hurt like my triceps are going to tear when I do this?
Why isn't the memo left here; bench angle 14
I'm not feeling any stimulation in my chest, what should I do? What exercises are good for women? Please let me know, Hel-lin. ㅠㅠ
