If your knees hurt, you can take it off and do it, but it's really hard.
Is the left and right both a set?
Should we add machine resistance weight or just the total weight of the total plates added!?

What if you have too much stomach in the way ? ๐
Does this only stimulate the upper abdomen? Is this correct?
If you put 15kg on each side, does it record as 30? Or is it still different?
