Is this pulling my trapezius? Is my posture wrong? It feels a bit light, so when I increase it to 1kg, it's really hard.
Does spreading the toes 20-30 degrees mean opening each toe 20-30 degrees based on the center, or does it mean spreading them so that the angle between the feet is that much?
