Will it be effective to do 2 sets at 45 degrees, 2 sets at 90 degrees, and 2 sets at 100 degrees?

If you can grab the machine, try getting up with your hips slightly lifted. You'll feel more stimulation than doing it while sitting.
If you pull your butt out, it's easy, and if you press your back against the backrest with your waist and butt, it feels like your butt is tearing...
Do you attach this to your back when doing it? Or do you keep your waist off and hold the handle in front? I get confused every time I do it.
