Does total include the weight of the bar?
My shoulders are really sore.
Why is my shoulder eating more...?
It's this hard at 40 degrees, so when will it be 80?
I want to do more PT while doing this.
"Forget everything else, the advice to focus on putting more strength into your thumb and index finger seems like a great tip; it really stimulates me."
Why isn't the memo left here; bench angle 14
It’s recommended 20kg does that mean 10kg each sides because I’ve changed it to 40kg because I have 20kg on each side
When I exhale while going down, I lose strength. Is it correct to exhale while going down? Or should I do it after I get all the way down?
Nope, bar and plates. They usually specify but they left this one out. With the Smith you need to account for a bit less resistance, say 11kgs
Why is there more stimulation in the front shoulder?
1. Bench angle: 30~45° (stimulating the upper chest) 2. Grip width: slightly wider than shoulder width, wrists should not be bent 3. Posture: scapula retraction and depression (shoulder blades pulled together and down), maintain a natural arch in the lower back • Starting position: the barbell should be at the line of the upper chest (just below the collarbone) 4. Movement: • Lowering: slowly, maintain elbows at about a 45° angle (to protect the shoulders) • Lifting: push from the chest, complete lockout (X) → leave a slight bend 5. Breathing: inhale while lowering, exhale while pushing 6. Precautions: • Ensure the barbell path does not go towards the face • Avoid excessive hyperextension of the lower back/raising the hips • Prioritize chest stimulation over weight
When I do this, my right trapezius always hurts ㅠ Why is that? Is it because my scapula isn't stabilizing?
👊
You said you would help with the weight of the offering, ancestor.
It's really hard to do it, so my expression is frowning.
If there are empty bags 20 at both sides 15, should the weight be recorded as 50?
Why am I doing this voluntary self-torture? I'm more shocked than looking in the mirror.
AI is killing people... Turning with dumbbell fly and then incline🥵
Bench Levels Step 7: 31.9 degrees Step 8: 37.2 degrees Step 9: 42.5 degrees
