🔥 Forearm / Bicep / Trapezius Stimulus for Those Coming *Advice welcome Forearm - When hanging from a bar, the forearm gets involved, which can lead to it fatiguing before the back muscles are stimulated. Try using straps or lowering the weight to focus on back stimulation. Bicep - This happens because you are pulling with your arms on the cable. Instead of lifting with your arms, think of pulling your body up like in a chin-up and pull with your back. After doing a bodyweight overhead raise, apply force as if pulling towards your lats, and you will feel your arms being drawn down. Perform it with that feeling. Trapezius - This happens because your shoulders rise due to the weight. After gripping, lower your shoulders and pull with your back. I recommend trying to lower the weight.🔥🔥
