When doing a dumbbell row~
This is the first time I've encountered an exercise that I don't understand this much.
Think of it as sending it towards the buttocks and pull it slightly back to stimulate the sides and back. If you try to pull it short towards the back, your arms will get tired.

Elbow Which direction is it?…

Is it really possible to go from 6kg to 20kg dumbbells in just two months?? Where in the world is there a person who grows like this? ㅜ
The weight is gradually increasing..

Now, heavy weapons can be loaded with one hand (not really).
Lean your upper body a bit more forward... Make sure not to put any strength on the standing leg, letting the weight shift to the bench leg. If you also turn your head, the side view will be fantastic.
Every time I get off, I hear a sound from my shoulder.
I don't feel much stimulation...

Is it normal for the arm supporting the body to be harder than the arm holding the dumbbell?
My shoulder hurts so much, what am I doing wrong?
Every time I do this, I hear a cracking sound in my shoulder and it feels painful and uncomfortable. Why is this happening?
What? Last week it was 4 sets..!
The comments are so funny, haha!
