I have been doing 100 each time for 20 times in 5 sets every day for 3 years now.. It's nice that my shoulders have gotten wider, haha.
My triceps are really sore; is there anything I need to correct in my posture?

It’s definitely a chest workout, but when done with a superset of lateral raises, it feels strangely like a shoulder pump.
