For a similar exercise i used 20lbs for this one after 1 try yep go back to 15 xD
Pretty sure you need to not do as the picture but ti slightly lean forward and bring weights together in front of you between each rep..

This is something Teacher T also curses while doing personal workouts. I've seen it.
To share a small tip for those who have trouble feeling the stimulus, small muscles can be difficult to engage, and there are significant differences from person to person. Therefore, I recommend finishing with a lighter weight and practicing high repetitions after other shoulder exercises to find the stimulus. Once you get it, it will be easier next time. I also recommend watching videos on YouTube to find the right form for yourself.

-Note- 1. Breathe out while lifting and lowering (can be done slowly) 2. Instead of trying to lift your arms forward, think of spreading them to the sides and lift.
Instead grab you two plate weights hold them behind your back and do the same lift so you engage that part of the shoulder that you're neglecting 🦍
