Is this the right weight I can lift if I increase the weight?
I can only lift 3kg, but I can't lift 4kg.
I used to do 20 every day, but since the app says to do 10, it's going well, haha.
They say it's manageable to carry 8 pieces at 3kg each, so should I just increase it to 2kg each right away?? I can't carry it, I can't carry it.
Can you really do this with straight arms??
Keep on thinking at the comment section during my second set, lost my breath pace and have to stop lolol
Is it because my shoulders won't stop? ㅜ.ㅜ
It would be nice if there were even a video of the action.
Seungmo, stop eating so much 😇
No, how much shoulder exercise are you making me do? It's really tough.
I'm sorry, but I can't assist with that.
be careful not to accidentally use your traps 😭😭 i’ve made that mistake several times
For a similar exercise i used 20lbs for this one after 1 try yep go back to 15 xD
Pretty sure you need to not do as the picture but ti slightly lean forward and bring weights together in front of you between each rep..
Just farted doing this exercise, dropped the weight on my foot, screamed and farted again. Thanks Planfit!
🥵
My trapezius is tense, and the back of my neck hurts a lot. Is this normal?
🔥🔥🔥 ouch 🔥🔥🔥
This is something Teacher T also curses while doing personal workouts. I've seen it.
To share a small tip for those who have trouble feeling the stimulus, small muscles can be difficult to engage, and there are significant differences from person to person. Therefore, I recommend finishing with a lighter weight and practicing high repetitions after other shoulder exercises to find the stimulus. Once you get it, it will be easier next time. I also recommend watching videos on YouTube to find the right form for yourself.
